Baby Amaterasu (Ammy for short)

Hi! Just got back from a trip to NJ for an early Christmas with my family. Unfortunately things were busy and I didn't get a chance to sketch anything of note. However, I thought this would be a good time to post a wallpaper I made for Teph's office computer a while back:

My inspiration comes from the game Okami, the graphics of which are entirely animated in colorful Japanese-style watercolors. Although it was a fairly simple project to make, I'm still happy with the results. And as I find it difficult to get back into art after an extended break, perhaps posting it here will get me back into the swing of things.
